How do I perform a category search? Click on the down arrow at the right of the Category box. From the list select the curriculum area that interests you. You can narrow down the search by entering a keyword. How do I perform a keyword search? Enter the keyword(s) that you are interest in. Key word searches can be perform instead of or as well as a category search. You can use a single word or multiple keywords. Finding Topics of interest Enter the topic in Keyword box. Using keywords the topic search can be broad or narrow ie food or fruit or apple. Can I do topic work? If you are doing a topic on fruit then you can enter the word fruit and the search will find pages allowing cross curriculum work. You can make books that meet the needs of individual pupils. What is the difference between Free and Subscription worksheets? Free worksheets may be downloaded and printed by anyone and approximately 5% of worksheets are free. Subscription worksheets are only available to people who have a current subscription. How do I get more information on a work sheet? Click on the page you are interested in and you will have a page telling you category, title and reference number of the page. You have the option to see an enlarged version. How do I download an image? Click on the page you are interested in and you will be transfered to the detail page. If you are entitled to down load the page you will see a download button. Click on the button and you will get the option to:- Open – this opens the page on the screen and you can now save it or print it Save – This allows you to save the page on your computer. Cancel – returns to the Detail page without downloading. How do I specify where I want my items to be saved? Select the download button. Select save. Select the drive and folder you want to put the page in. You can change the filename from the ID number to a name that will mean something to you. Can I alter the text or the picture on the worksheet? Sorry but you cannot alter the pages in anyway. How do I tell the down load manager where to save my file? Log in Do a search choosing Category and / or keyword Select a page and go to detail page Select Download Now Save Save As dialogue box – select file and folder in Save in Save Can more than one person use the account? All the staff at ONE school  can use the site for the single subscription but only one at a time. How many people at the same school use the site at the same time? Only one person at a time can use the site. How many images can I down load per day? You can download as many pages as you wish per day. If I find a problem on a page what do I do? We suggest that schools change their passwords at least once a year. To do this – Log in My Account Change my account password Enter current password and you new password twice. I have forgotten my password? Would you like to sign in? Enter your E-Mail address Password forgotten? Click here. You will receive an e-mail giving you a password.
